The Woman Behind The Work
I’m often described as determined, straightforward, and deeply intuitive.
As a life coach for women seeking deeper purpose and alignment, I don’t shy away from truth—but I hold it with compassion.
I have a way of seeing people clearly… sometimes before they see themselves. Not to fix them, but to help them remember who they truly are.
Those closest to me know I bring both grounded strength and spiritual depth into everything I do. I believe in honesty, growth, and walking beside someone—not ahead of them—as they reconnect with their truth.
This isn’t just what I do as a life coach.
It’s who I am.
My Path to Purpose
For over 30 years, I built a successful career in corporate IT—working in hardware asset management, solving complex challenges, and leading with structure, precision, and determination.
On the outside, everything made sense.
But internally, something was missing.
There was a quiet pull… a knowing that there was more to me than the life I had built.
That knowing led me inward.
Through years of self-discovery, personal growth, and spiritual exploration, I began to reconnect with my intuition, my sensitivity, and my deeper awareness of energy and truth.
What I discovered wasn’t something I needed to become…
It was who I had always been.
Today, as a life coach and transformational guide, I integrate both worlds—the structured and the intuitive—to support women in creating lives that feel aligned, authentic, and deeply fulfilling.
Coming Home to Myself
For many years, I believed that fulfillment came from doing more, achieving more, and becoming more.
I built a successful career in Information Technology, solved complex problems, and spent decades helping organizations create systems that worked.
From the outside, life looked successful.
Yet something inside me kept whispering that there had to be more.
I wasn't searching for a different career.
I was searching for a deeper connection with myself.
As I began exploring personal growth, spiritual teachings, and the deeper patterns that shape our lives, I experienced something I never expected.
I realized I didn't need to become someone new.
I needed to remember who I had always been.
That realization changed everything.
Instead of constantly looking outside myself for the next answer, I began learning to trust my own inner wisdom.
Instead of trying to fit into expectations, I began honoring the unique strengths, gifts, and purpose that had always been part of me.
Little by little, life began feeling different.
Not because my circumstances suddenly changed...
But because I changed the relationship I had with myself.
Looking back, I now understand that what I was searching for wasn't something missing.
It was something waiting to be remembered.
And that is the journey I now have the privilege of sharing with other women.
Because I've learned that the greatest transformation doesn't happen when we become someone else.
It happens when we finally come home to ourselves.
The greatest transformation of my life didn't happen when I became someone different.
It happened when I remembered who I'd always been.
What Changed Everything
As I continued learning, reflecting, and experiencing life in a new way, one truth became impossible to ignore:
Lasting transformation doesn't begin by changing your life.

I watched women searching for answers everywhere outside themselves.
They changed jobs.
Relationships.
Careers.
Environments.
They read books, attended workshops, and worked hard to improve their lives.

I realized the missing piece wasn't more information.
It was self-awareness.
When a woman begins understanding her authentic nature, something remarkable happens.
She stops trying to become who she thinks she should be.
She begins honoring who she already is.
That one shift changes everything.
Her relationships begin changing.
Her decisions become clearer.
Her confidence grows naturally.
She trusts herself more deeply.
And her life begins reflecting the woman she's rediscovering.
That realization became the foundation for everything I teach.
